RETURN POLICY
Products sold are not working properly after you have opened the packaging, we will replace the product. Products can be returned within One (1) day after it has been delivered to you if Product is received in a damaged condition.
If the above condition are met, you should file a return case with us by first sending us an email on radiantturtlestore@gmail.com and include the following information in your email:
1. Order No.
2. Item(s) you wish to return
3. Reason for return
4. Your name, billing address and contact number
While returning the product to us please ensure that it is unused, in its original packing, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase. All costs associated with returning the product to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be borne by you. Once we receive the product, we will verify its condition and packaging and upon confirmation by the inspection team that the product is an unacceptable condition, we will dispatch a new replacement product to you.
Returns will not be accepted if:Return request is made outside of the of the specified time frame;
Anything is missing from the original packaging including price tags, labels and accessories;
Product is tampered with or missing serial numbers
The product is a make-to-order or customized/personalized product.
REFUND POLICY
We do not provide a refund under any circumstances unless and until the order has been cancelled by us.
